CATALYST CIVIC

Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE: JUNE 2026

Catalyst Civic is a public-facing civic accountability publication. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this site.

What We Collect

If you submit your email address through a subscription form on this site, that address is stored in our subscriber system and used to send you the Catalyst Civic intelligence feed — reports, FOIA updates, and agenda briefings. We do not sell, share, or transfer subscriber email addresses to third parties.

We do not operate tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics that profile individual users.

How We Use It

Subscriber email addresses are used exclusively to deliver the Catalyst Civic feed. Store transactions, when active, are processed through a third-party payment processor and subject to that processor's own privacy terms. Catalyst Civic does not store payment card information.

External Links

This site links to external government sources, public records databases, and social platforms. Once you leave catalystcivic.org, the privacy practices of those external sites apply. We are not responsible for their data-handling policies.

Data Retention

Subscriber records are retained until you request removal. To unsubscribe or request deletion of your data, contact us through the public Catalyst Civic channels listed on the Socials page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
